What you will do

• Define and implement the product analytics strategy across multiple AI solutions.
• Establish core KPIs and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable tracking frameworks to support evolving product capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to translate business questions into measurable hypotheses.
• Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and engagement to drive product improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, forecasting, and insight generation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product or data analytics within SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with modern BI tools.
• Proven experience building analytics processes and measurement frameworks from scratch.
• Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence product decisions through data.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
