• Own the roadmap, priorities, and delivery quality across core product lines.

• Manage and actively develop a team of Product Managers through coaching and high-standard setting.
• Build cross-functional credibility with engineering and design leadership.
• Lead strategic product growth initiatives that define the next chapter of the company.
• Ensure product efforts remain grounded in real customer needs while balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including at least 3 years managing PMs at scale.
• Direct experience in a multi-product or multi-market environment.
• Proven track record as a decision-maker who cuts through noise and drives execution.
• Technical fluency that earns respect from engineering leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse teams.
• Highly independent with the ability to handle both mature execution and early-stage strategy.
