What you will do

• Drive adoption by creating data-driven success plans and monitoring usage metrics.
• Deliver tailored demos, onboarding, and workshops for designers and simulation engineers.
• Lead discovery, craft technical proposals, and manage project milestones from kick-off to delivery.
• Advocate for customer needs by maintaining a feedback loop with Product and R&D teams.
• Track and report KPIs such as customer health scores and retention milestones.
• Act as a trusted advisor bridging Engineering, Sales, and Product departments.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience in Project or Account Management.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAE software and understanding of Machine Learning methods.
• Fluent in English and Korean (strict requirement).
• Business confidence and entrepreneurial spirit.
