Director of Partner Success

What you will do

• Define and evolve a differentiated partner success strategy across the partner lifecycle.
• Prioritize partner experience improvements and coordinate cross-functional implementation.
• Lead and develop a growing global team of partner success representatives.
• Define partner value metrics such as product utilization, NPS, retention, and renewal rate.
• Build and automate dashboards for key performance metrics.
• Drive business development and lead proposal and RFP development for Korean government-funded and corporate open innovation programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably with enterprise applications.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
• Strong process, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, and proposal writing in the Korean market.
• CV must be submitted in English.
