What you will do

• Guide institutional clients through every stage of their journey, from in-depth onboarding to tailored solution design.
• Design and drive novel technical solutions to meet and exceed client use case needs across all products.
• Develop, test, and provide constructive feedback on internal APIs and client workflows (REST, Webhooks, Websockets, and FIX).
• Act as a critical bridge between clients, product, and go-to-market teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Break down large projects into smaller tasks and accurately estimate time and scope.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role (consulting, product, technical account management, or client success).
• Comprehensive knowledge of B2B and B2B2C technical integrations and implementation steps.
• Deep understanding of the API development process.
• Strong interest or prior experience in crypto/blockchain technology.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with API testing or basic scripting.
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Colab, BigQuery, Looker, or Google Cloud Logs.
• Experience contributing to technical documentation or client-facing enablement materials.
• Experience leading client solution design sessions to completion.
