TL;DR

Tech Lead (Web3/Fintech): Designing and building a new product from 0 to 1 for a global crypto infrastructure platform with an accent on scalable system design, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures. Location: Remote (Must align with CET/CEST timezone)

Salary: €200,000 – €250,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end build of a new product from 0 to 1.
• Shape the technical direction and product roadmap.
• Develop and optimize APIs and distributed systems.
• Implement event-driven architectures to handle transaction-heavy workloads.
• Integrate with third-party financial infrastructure and providers.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead, Staff, Principal, or Founding Engineer.
• Background in fintech, payments, crypto, or transaction-heavy environments.
• Extensive proficiency in Rust, Go, or TypeScript.
• Proven experience with distributed systems and scalable system design.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
• Timezone alignment: CET/CEST required.

Nice to have

• Experience with on/off ramps and blockchain transaction flows.
• Knowledge of multi-asset infrastructure.
