What you will do

  • Own the full organic lead generation funnel from visibility to sign-up across SEO, GEO, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging and execute go-to-market launches.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to drive actionable decisions and report directly to leadership.
  • Build and scale content strategies in collaboration with copywriters and marketers.
  • Embed AI-powered workflows into daily operations for content generation, research, and reporting.
  • Mentor and empower the marketing team while prioritizing tasks and overseeing performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech product marketing.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record of executing successful product launches and scaling organic lead generation.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in SEO, GEO (AI-driven search/LLM visibility), and YouTube growth.
  • Ability to identify and automate marketing workflows using AI tools.
  • English: B2+ proficiency required for daily communication with leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in mobility, B2B2C products, or emerging markets (Africa, SEA, LATAM).
  • Proficiency with tools like SeRanking, Semrush, Surfer, Looker, and Growthbook.
  • Experience in building or configuring AI agents for marketing automation.
  • Background in influencer and partner co-marketing.
  • Portfolio of personally created content (written or video).
