Principal Experience Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Principal Experience Engineer (AI/Frontend): Defining and owning the Agentic SDLC system to optimize how experience engineering is delivered using AI with an accent on agentic workflows, tooling, and guardrails. Focus on building production-ready interfaces, guiding implementation across teams, and mentoring engineers to leverage generative AI for high-quality delivery.

What you will do

• Define, build, and own the AI SDLC system, including agentic workflows and tooling for Experience Engineering.
• Continuously integrate industry best practices for agentic SDLC to increase engineering velocity and quality.
• Partner with UX, UI, and QA Principal Architects to translate design direction into clear, actionable patterns.
• Work directly with teams to guide implementation, support architectural decisions, and unblock complex work.
• Mentor engineers across the organization to raise the overall standard of craft and AI-assisted delivery.
• Use delivery metrics and quality signals to drive continuous improvement of the engineering platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience across frontend engineering, experience design, and quality.
• Demonstrated ability to build production-ready interfaces using React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Strong experience with automated testing approaches and maintaining quality within CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and guiding others in their use.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and the ability to guide teams toward consistent, usable outcomes.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with shared patterns, design systems, or component libraries.
• Experience mentoring engineers beyond a single team or product area.
• Exposure to observability tools such as LogRocket, Heap, Datadog, or Sentry.
• Knowledge of backend systems or APIs to support integration and testing collaboration.
