TL;DR

Senior Frontend Engineer (Vue.js): Developing an AI-powered email marketing product with an accent on campaign flows, automation builders, and embeddable widgets. Focus on creating accessible interfaces, implementing A/B experiments, and solving complex architectural challenges.

Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Kaunas) or Remote (Anywhere in the world)

Salary: €5,500–€7,600 per month

What you will do

  • Build and ship features for the Reach app, including campaign flows, segmentation tooling, and AI-assisted email creation.
  • Develop and maintain embeddable widgets for Website Builder, WordPress, and Horizons.
  • Translate Figma designs into clean, accessible interfaces using REST API contracts.
  • Conduct A/B experiments using Amplitude to drive data-driven product decisions.
  • Mentor teammates and perform code reviews to maintain codebase health.
  • Solve complex frontend architectural problems and optimize technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Senior-level TypeScript and strong experience with Vue.js (or React with a willingness to learn Vue).
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and API integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in writing unit tests with Vitest and E2E tests with Playwright.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B experimentation tools.
  • Active use of modern AI tools in the daily development workflow.
  • Senior mindset characterized by ownership, proactivity, and constructive feedback.

Nice to have

  • Experience building embeddable or widget-style components for third-party sites.
