Salary: 19,000–29,600 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality in-game animations using MotionBuilder, Maya, and Unreal Engine.
• Plan, prepare, and direct motion capture sessions.
• Develop and maintain animation asset workflows, naming conventions, and organizational structures.
• Collaborate on Player-related animation systems including MotionMatching and animation graphs.
• Implement engine-specific auxiliary data and synchronization events.
• Work closely with Gameplay Designers, Programmers, and Technical Animators.

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Must be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland
• Strong experience with motion capture and key-frame animation.
• Proven production experience with at least one released game title.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, body mechanics, and gameplay design.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine animation and gameplay systems.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Ability to read scripts or C++ code.
