Salary: 17,400 - 21,600 PLN gross

What you will do

• Collaborate with design, art, and narrative teams to create believable character and creature animations.
• Work extensively with motion capture data and implement assets directly into the game engine.
• Perform iterative improvements to enhance animation quality and movement dynamics.
• Maintain the animation pipeline and research new technical solutions.
• Provide constructive feedback to the animation team and mentor less experienced members.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be located within +/- 2 hours of GMT+1 time zone.
• Demonstrated knowledge of human and creature anatomy.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya and familiarity with Autodesk MotionBuilder.
• Strong experience with game engines and animation implementation.

Nice to have

• Rigging experience or knowledge.
• Scripting experience in MEL or Python.
• Ability to independently plan and manage own work.
