Data Scientist (AI)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including production-grade agentic RAG systems and NLP for automated document classification.
• Build and optimize comprehensive ETL processes and scalable data pipelines.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical tuning, and render insights through data visualization.
• Research and implement proof-of-concept models and optimize ModelOps design and implementation.
• Develop production-ready, maintainable code adhering to best design principles and scalability requirements.
• Mentor junior data scientists and lead sub-projects within larger initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
• A couple of years of professional data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python (OOP), SQL, and Git.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Huggingface, Torch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and Spacy.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLFlow, dbt, Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS cloud environments.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Solution Architect role, including Database Design and Orchestration.
• Knowledge of Graph Theory, Network Analysis, or Recommendation Engines.
• Experience with Linux/*nix systems and bash scripting.
