What you will do
- Shape the overall economic strategy for OneState and establish clear rules and frameworks for the team and other departments.
- Manage the economy design team and oversee all major economic decisions and approaches.
- Design and validate economic models for large-scale game features.
- Build economic simulations and validate them through A/B testing.
- Manage the player-driven economy, including the design of restrictions and regulatory systems within features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in F2P gamedev.
- Experience working with the economy of live products with long player lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of sources and sinks, value flows, reward loops, and player progression.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills for hypothesis generation, metrics analysis, and impact evaluation.
- Native Russian language
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring and developing economy or balance designers.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and BI tools.
- Experience with open or semi-open economies and gacha systems as a core monetization mechanic.
- Experience with prestige economy systems or RP projects.
