TL;DR

is a fast-growing software company providing critical infrastructure for the electric vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem at the intersection of cleantech and fintech.
What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools for 140+ employees.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes using Okta and Google Workspace.
- Configure and support systems including Microsoft Intune, SentinelOne, and Jira Service Management.
- Perform routine patching, endpoint updates, and periodic access control reviews.
- Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python and maintain comprehensive IT documentation in Confluence.
- Support ISO 27001 and 27002 compliance and maintain on-site meeting room technology.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device compliance and app deployment.
- Working knowledge of identity and access platforms such as Okta or Microsoft Entra.
- Confident troubleshooting across both Windows and macOS environments.
- Practical scripting sense and experience with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management.
- Comfortable with the on-site nature of the role at the Amsterdam HQ.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Practical scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience supporting audit or certification processes.
