What you will do
- Resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems focusing on SIM cards and VPNs.
- Configure and test routers, gateways, and modems (e.g., Teltonika, Cisco, Advantech) for 4G/5G solutions.
- Analyze logs and network behavior to identify and resolve outages and technical incidents.
- Collaborate with Network Operations, SysOps, and Group Support for complex escalations.
- Manage internal and external portals, including the Cisco Jasper Portal.
- Develop internal documentation and knowledge base articles to improve structural processes.
Requirements
- MBO+ or Bachelor's degree in IT or network engineering.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, and routing.
- Experience with 4G/5G equipment and routers.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
