🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Bachelor’s degree or above in design-related major, 5+ years of UI design experience, 2+ years of design team management experience. Candidates with finance, exchange or Web3 industry design experience are preferred.
2️⃣ Proficient in UI design logic of trading products and financial App/Web, familiar with visual design points of core scenarios such as K-line, contract trading and asset transfer, with complete Web3/financial product design cases.
3️⃣ Have mature ability to build design system, independently output design standards and component libraries, control the overall visual style, with excellent aesthetic taste, commercial thinking and user-centric thinking.
4️⃣ Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, PS and AI, familiar with product R&D process and front-end implementation logic, able to promote efficient implementation of designs.
5️⃣ Have excellent communication, coordination and team management skills, strong stress resistance, adapt to the fast-paced Web3 industry, and have strong interest and in-depth understanding of Web3 and digital asset industry.
6️⃣ Candidates with overseas product design experience, multi-language interface design experience, or design background in second-tier exchanges/top Web3 products are highly preferred.
