What you will do
- Own UX strategy, design quality, and the research practice as a core driver of business performance.
- Analyze product data independently to identify friction points and define hypotheses for growth.
- Design and optimize conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and retention loops.
- Define and enforce a scalable design system implemented directly in frontend.
- Lead and mentor designers and frontend engineers to set a high bar for interaction quality.
- Establish a structured research practice including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or design leadership.
- Deep expertise in product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) and A/B testing frameworks.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in retention, activation, or LTV.
- Strong design background with experience in conversion-oriented, data-validated work.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.
- Ability to work in environments where design is implemented directly in frontend.
Nice to have
- Experience in LegalTech, document tools, or utility products.
- Familiarity with TailwindCSS and React/Next.js component implementations.
- Exposure to PDF-based or form-heavy UX flows.
