What you will do
- Take full ownership of UX strategy, design quality, and user journeys across the product.
- Turn UX into a measurable growth lever by optimizing funnels, onboarding, and retention loops.
- Analyze product data independently using tools like Mixpanel to identify friction points and validate hypotheses.
- Define, enforce, and evolve a scalable design system implemented directly in the frontend.
- Establish a structured research practice, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Lead and mentor designers and frontend engineers to ensure high-quality UI/UX execution.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or design leadership.
- Deep expertise in product analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude) and A/B testing frameworks.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in retention, activation, or LTV.
- Strong design background with experience in conversion-oriented, data-validated work.
- Ability to work in environments where design is implemented directly in the frontend.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in LegalTech, document tools, or utility products.
- Familiarity with TailwindCSS and React/Next.js component implementations.
- Background in engineering-led teams without a separate design organization.
