What you will do

• Build and maintain agentic infrastructure, including MCP servers, CLI, and skills distribution.
• Develop integrations across the AI stack with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Manage and optimize presence in coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, and Cursor.
• Create apps and agents to demonstrate platform capabilities to the AI community.
• Produce technical content, including feature releases, newsletters, and strategic documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building production LLM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain.
• Deep expertise with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and reasoning about tool surface trade-offs.
• Experience optimizing token efficiency, context management, and latency for AI agents.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without fully scoped specifications.
• Excellent written English proficiency.
