Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + 10% annual bonus

What you will do

• Design and assure scalable, secure, and resilient application and integration solutions, including bespoke apps, SaaS platforms, and third-party services.
• Define and promote integration patterns such as APIs, event-driven integration, messaging, and data synchronization.
• Develop and oversee roadmaps for application modernization and the decommissioning of legacy systems.
• Ensure the successful adoption of integration platforms and architectural standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native, microservices, and modular monolith architectures.
• Proven expertise in implementing APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience integrating SaaS products with existing enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of information security, identity, and access management.
• Ability to travel to London or Newcastle offices once every 1-3 months

Nice to have

• Experience working within regulated or public sector environments.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or other industry-standard architectural frameworks.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
