TL;DR
QA Engineer (iGaming): Testing web applications and APIs while developing automated UI and API tests with Playwright and existing frameworks, with an accent on manual quality assurance, defect management, and reliable release validation. Focus on designing comprehensive test coverage, automating regression scenarios, investigating production issues, and improving QA processes for iGaming products.
Location: Hybrid position based in Skopje, North Macedonia; office attendance is required three days per week.

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing across web applications and APIs.
- Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwright and existing automation frameworks.
- Identify, document, track, reproduce, and verify defects through resolution, including production issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and QA colleagues during planning, refinement, troubleshooting, and release validation.
- Prepare test reports and contribute to improving QA processes and testing methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including strong hands-on manual testing experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in automated testing.
- Experience with Playwright, API testing, TestRail, and Git.
- Basic TypeScript knowledge and understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in North Macedonia without current or future visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as K6.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- Basic knowledge of performance testing.
- Understanding of the iGaming sector.
