Salary: At least EUR 2,698.59 gross per month.

What you will do

• Support engineering projects throughout their entire lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
• Assist in project budget and timeline estimation.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
• Monitor milestone accomplishment and maintain project dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop and improve reporting tools and internal documentation using O365 and SharePoint.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a technical or economical field of study.
• Valid work permit for Austria is mandatory.
• Business fluent English skills required.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in BI tools like Tableau, O365, and SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
