Location: Vienna, Austria (Onsite)

Salary: €3,954 – €5,200 gross/month

What you will do

• Facilitate high-value Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and remove blockers to maintain team velocity.
• Bridge communication between hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while minimizing administrative overhead.
• Cultivate a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator, ideally in hardware or engineering-heavy environments.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate directly.
• Strong coaching mindset focused on team empowerment rather than control.
• Genuine curiosity about the product and technical development process.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are considered a bonus.

• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certifications.
