What you will do

• Support delivery of small-scale projects by maintaining timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholder alignment, including coordinating Base integrations.
• Organize meetings across Europe and APAC time zones, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with CX, engineering, sales, and revenue operations teams to streamline communication and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain project trackers, charters, and logs; identify risks, flag blockers, and provide status updates.
• Support client onboarding by managing questionnaires, collecting inputs, and updating documentation.
• Assist with professional services administration, tracking hours, SOW updates, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related field, with strong interest in project management and operations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structured documentation.
• Strong communicator able to work across teams and time zones, ensuring clear and timely follow-ups.
• Proactive and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.
