What you will do

• Develop and implement KOL screening strategies tailored for luxury beauty brands to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain connections with live streamers through existing networks and industry resources.
• Manage and nurture relationships between hirify.global brands and KOLs to safeguard cooperation terms and campaign benefits.
• Organize workshops and communication sessions to exchange insights on market trends and platform updates.
• Track industry dynamics to optimize cooperation models and ensure brand competitiveness in the live streaming ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the beauty & skincare industry.
• Solid experience in KOL live streaming operations on Tmall and Douyin platforms.
• English proficiency in reading and writing, able to use English as a working language.
• Deep familiarity with the live streaming ecosystem and the beauty KOL landscape.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Must be located in Shanghai, China.
