What you will do

• Design and implement robust, scalable backend services using Golang on a Kubernetes-based platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of lending features, from requirements clarification to post-launch monitoring.
• Lead technical discussions and design reviews to balance reliability, latency, throughput, and cost.
• Drive operational excellence through SLIs/SLOs, instrumenting services, and performing capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Risk, Data, Compliance) to build safe and compliant lending flows.
• Mentor other engineers through constructive code reviews and sharing design best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in a distributed systems environment at scale.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and large-scale system design.
• Proficiency in Golang or another modern backend language (Java, C++, C#, Python).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/streaming technologies (Kafka, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Experience building REST/gRPC microservices on a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in Indonesia.
