What you will do

• Lead IT support operations across hardware, software, access, network, and SaaS-related issues.
• Oversee support workflows, service standards, documentation, and escalation processes.
• Implement long-term solutions for recurring issues to improve reliability and reduce support burden.
• Manage IT vendors, including procurement, onboarding, performance management, and renewals.
• Collaborate with DevOps and SecOps teams to resolve complex cross-functional technical issues.
• Oversee IT asset procurement, inventory management, and software license lifecycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT management.
• Experience working within a remote-first or distributed organization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across common operating systems, SaaS platforms, and networking (VPN, DNS, IP).
• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization.
• English level: B2+ required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.
