What you will do

• Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, and business applications for the Malta office and EEA users.
• Manage the local endpoint lifecycle, including device provisioning, maintenance, and secure retirement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office infrastructure, including AV systems, VOIP, CCTV, and access control.
• Partner with HR to facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, networking, Wi-Fi, and identity issues, escalating complex cases to the Global IT team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs using AI-powered tools to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.
• Strong experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with enterprise productivity platforms like Google Workspace or Lark Suite.
• Fluent, professional English is a hard requirement for communication with leadership.
• Ability to work independently as the sole on-site IT presence in Malta.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking basics.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with scripting or automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Industry certifications such as Jamf, Apple Certified Support Professional, or CompTIA.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin.
