What you will do

  • Ensure all change requests are complete, validated for technical and financial impact, and clearly understood.
  • Plan and implement engineering changes according to agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate and synchronize cross-functional departments to resolve conflicts and blockers.
  • Provide transparency through data reporting on change status, risks, and cost impacts.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure full compliance with internal processes.
  • Participate in customer meetings to represent project status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, professional certification, or advanced technical training in a relevant field.
  • Strong English communication skills for a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multifunctional and multicultural teams.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Érd, Hungary.
