What you will do

• Maintain and update the central CRM system and assist with business reporting.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
• Run monthly KPI analysis and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Coordinate B2B events, including logistics, travel, and promotional materials.
• Support partner onboarding and account setup processes.
• Manage streamer relationships and process support tickets for internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Ta' Xbiex, Malta
• 1-2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in marketing or commercial operations.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and backend website management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client or industry events as required.
