What you will do

• Develop and execute the global medical affairs plan for Ebglyss, focusing on launch and early post-launch phases.
• Drive integrated evidence generation planning to address gaps in early positioning and stakeholder decision-making.
• Partner with R&D, Market Access, and Commercial teams to support launch readiness and value communication.
• Enable local affiliates with clear medical positioning, launch tools, and consistent scientific messaging.
• Lead, coach, and develop the global medical affairs team to foster high performance in a dynamic environment.
• Provide asset-specific insights to the VP of Global Medical Affairs to support portfolio-level decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience supporting global biologic launches and early lifecycle management.
• Proven people leadership experience at global or regional level.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD).
• Strong expertise in dermatology and immunology.
• Solid knowledge of scientific communication and publications.
• Understanding of regulatory and market access considerations for innovative biologics.
