What you will do

• Own large product features end-to-end, from scoping and technical design to instrumentation, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Design, run, and interpret experiments to draw data-driven conclusions and propose product directions.
• Collaborate with squads to improve the app's infrastructure and team processes.
• Partner with UX and Designers to translate design concepts into functional, high-quality code.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback through design and code reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer working with mobile app products.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React Native with a solid understanding of App–API communication.
• English: Fluency is essential for spoken and written communication in a multicultural, asynchronous environment.
• Location: Must be based within a 2-hour time difference from Spain (GMT+1).
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to articulate the business impact of technical work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or other backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with in-app purchase systems such as App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore.
