Salary: Up to £84,000

What you will do

• Develop and enhance pricing models and analytical techniques to improve business performance.
• Take ownership of technical models, ensuring governance, accuracy, and performance tracking.
• Manage major technical projects from scoping to implementation with internal and external partners.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data and MI analysis.
• Act as an SME for reviewing and validating algorithm and model changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fair value measures.

Requirements

• Numerical degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience with statistical models such as GLMs and GBMs.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analytical tools.
• Experience using WTW software, specifically Radar and Emblem.
• Technical skills in Databricks, SQL, and/or Python.
• Must be based in the UK for flexible and hybrid working.
