What you will do

• Create data-driven, store-specific planograms to optimize sales density and stock turn.
• Execute brand-aligned merchandising strategies adhering to core blueprints for Dan Murphy’s and BWS.
• Maximize sales per square metre by leveraging category performance and customer insights.
• Iterate store formats to ensure adaptability to local trends and demographics.
• Monitor post-implementation data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end project schedules and collaborate with stakeholders to refine layout solutions.

Requirements

• Graduate qualification in business studies or a quantitative discipline.
• Advanced data manipulation skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Technical proficiency in coding, formula building logic, and logical problem solving.
• Prior experience with GCP, specifically BigQuery and DataStudio visualization.
• Ability to communicate range optimisation insights from data in a compelling way.
• Experience managing project delivery in line with strict timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with BY Space/Floor/Range or TCS Optumera products.
• Proficiency with other space and merchandising software.
• Knowledge of clustering methodology.
