What you will do

• Chirify.globalduct comprehensive market research hirify.global populatihirify.global growth, purchasing power, and competitor mapping to advise hirify.global retail site selectihirify.global.
• Analyze soft metrics, such as fitness community density and brand adjacencies, to ensure locatihirify.globals align with brand values.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, P&L structures, and cash flow scenarios to test deal feasibility.
• Manage the transactihirify.global process by drafting Letters of Intent and coordinating lease negotiatihirify.globals between internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Mhirify.globalitor office utilizatihirify.global and track critical portfolio milesthirify.globales, including renewals and break optihirify.globals.
• Handle lease administratihirify.global tasks, including supplier hirify.globalboarding and invoice processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Echirify.globalomics, Finance, or Real Estate.
• Minimum 4+ years of professihirify.globalal experience in real estate analytical roles, preferably across multiple EMEA countries.
• Minimum 2+ years of professihirify.globalal experience specifically in retail real estate analysis.
• Strhirify.globalg proficiency in cash flow modeling and understanding the financial implicatihirify.globals of lease terms.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
