Lead AI Content Creator (Spike) (AI video and YouTube Shorts): Owning the production of high-volume animated Shorts from idea development through publishing, with an accent on AI-first workflows, storytelling, and editor leadership. Salary: From €4,000 gross per month plus performance bonus

What you will do
- Own the volume, quality, and consistency of mass-produced Spike Shorts for YouTube.
- Transform long-form episodes into engaging vertical videos and create original Shorts from scripts, trends, and new concepts.
- Build and operate an AI-first production workflow by selecting tools, engineering prompts, and creating reusable templates and systems.
- Lead Spike Shorts editors by distributing work, reviewing output, setting quality standards, providing feedback, and conducting 1:1 meetings.
- Track views, retention, swipe-away rate, and subscriber conversion to improve content and production workflows.
- Test emerging AI video tools and YouTube Shorts trends and introduce effective approaches into production.
Requirements
- Proven experience producing short-form video for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or Reels, supported by a portfolio or channel.
- Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation, voice synthesis, and LLM-assisted scripting, including the ability to build executable workflows.
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience leading or mentoring editors or creators, or readiness to take on people-management responsibilities.
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, kids' and family content, and YouTube Shorts metrics and algorithms.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, and availability for hybrid work in Lithuania.

- Experience with animated or kids' content.
- Experience scaling a Shorts or TikTok channel from scratch.
- Scriptwriting experience.
