What you will do

• Take people management responsibility for engineers across various squads.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentor chapter members in their career paths.
• Define and implement training paths for skill development in collaboration with HR.
• Act as the technical release manager for CI/CD pipelines to cloud platforms.
• Lead the design of DevOps practices including build, test, packaging, and deployment.
• Develop technical and functional documentation and provide go-live support.

Requirements

• University degree in software engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in Software Development.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub, Argo CD).
• Deep practical experience with complex cloud architectures, preferably GCP or AWS.
• Experience with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.
• Ability to work in an international environment and distributed teams.
