What you will do

• Lead the Service Market Technology (SMT) team through all project phases to secure gate targets.
• Deliver cross-functionally anchored service market solutions, including spare parts, service, and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with project managers from Product Development, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as the key link between the development organization and the commercial service market.
• Ensure customer value and service market needs are integrated into the development process.
• Communicate progress and highlight deviations from targets and requirements promptly.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Gothenburg.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience.
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work across different functions.
• English: Fully proficient (C1+) required.
