What you will do

• Film designated team members using both iPhone and professional camera equipment with high-quality audio.
• Capture diverse content formats including talking-head videos, B-roll, and behind-the-scenes footage for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Execute creative briefs and translate written concepts into high-performing video content.
• Guide talent on camera regarding positioning, pacing, delivery, and retakes.
• Manage and organize raw footage for prompt delivery to the internal creative team.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Easley, SC.
• Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or a related field.
• Proficiency with iPhone and professional camera equipment, including microphones and lighting.
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends and social-first storytelling.
• Ability to maintain a recurring filming schedule and possess personal equipment for content creation.

Nice to have

• Owns personal professional filming equipment (camera, microphone, tripod, lighting).
• Prior experience creating successful TikToks, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable directing and coaching individuals on camera.
