What you will do

• Manage a critical area of the hirify.global product roadmap end-to-end, across different ID products.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of epics and features to ensure engineering execution without ambiguity.
• Define the "what" and "why" for releases, turning technical capabilities into value propositions for publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and agencies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Growth to provide proof points needed to win complex deals.
• Drive outcomes by making decisions and aligning engineering, marketing, and partnerships.

Requirements

• Demonstrable product management experience in ad tech.
• Hands-on exposure to programmatic, Connected TV, identity, attribution, or measurement.
• Strong ability to frame the right problems and define solutions under genuine ambiguity.
• Confident prioritization skills with the ability to defend the rationale.
• Proven stakeholder influence at peer and senior levels across product, engineering, and sales.

Nice to have

• Hands-on technical fluency to facilitate architectural trade-offs with engineering.
• Experience with measurement, attribution, or audience onboarding at a DSP, SSP, DMP, CDP, or measurement provider.
