Accounts Payable Specialist (P2P)

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week from the office in Warsaw, Poland)

A leading global food & beverage company specializing in dairy, plant-based products, waters, and medical nutrition.

What you will do

• Process local and international invoices using SAP and Basware with a focus on accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain workflow queues.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve P2P issues.
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare reports on open items and duplicates.
• Onboard new team members and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable or P2P processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and chart of accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting).
• Ability to handle high volumes of tasks while maintaining quality.
• English: B2 level required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Warsaw office 2 days a week.
