TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Fintech): Designing and implementing scalable payout and onboarding solutions for global customers with an accent on API integration, technical discovery, and solution architecture. Focus on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation using APIs, SDKs, and AI-tooling.

Location: Based in Halifax, Montreal, or Toronto offices

Proposed OTE: $135k CAD ($100k base, $35k variable)

hirify.global is a leading payouts platform that helps businesses automate payouts, recipient onboarding, tax workflows, and verification for contractors and partners globally.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery with prospects to analyze architecture, workflows, and integration requirements.
  • Design scalable solution approaches using hirify.global's APIs, SDKs, widgets, and automation capabilities.
  • Deliver customized product demos and build proofs of concept to validate technical feasibility.
  • Partner with Customer Success to guide complex implementations from pre-sales design through to launch.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and fill product gaps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and tooling like Postman or Swagger.
  • Proficiency in building solutions using AI-tooling.
  • Proven experience supporting mid-market and enterprise sales cycles with technical discovery.
  • Must be based in or work from the Halifax, Montreal, or Toronto offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience with payment infrastructure, global payouts, tax workflows, or compliance-related products.
