What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy for AI-powered patient engagement.
• Design personalized healthcare journeys using medical context and behavioral signals.
• Work on LLM-powered experiences, including conversational flows and prompt optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver safe, impactful AI features.
• Use AI prototyping tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate discovery and execution.
• Analyze conversational data to iterate on product performance and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in digital consumer products.
• 1–2 years of experience in AI-enabled product development environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor for prototyping and PRDs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-informed decision-making.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and drive product execution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Background in healthtech, wellness, or patient engagement.
• Experience with chat evaluations, prompt optimization, or conversational UX.
• Experience integrating wearable devices or personalized recommendation systems.
