Full-Stack Product Engineer

**About The Role

** A fast-growing, seed-funded enterprise AI platform company based in Berlin is hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join their team on-site. This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll own features end-to-end, work closely with the Chief Product Officer, and ship AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption across enterprise customers. The team is lean, technically strong, and focused on helping organizations become genuinely AI-driven.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to product feature development across the AI platform, from technical design through to user-facing implementation.
• Build end-to-end solutions spanning frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers.
• Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows.
• Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.
• Participate in rotating Support Engineer shifts, working directly with customers and the customer support team.

What We're Looking For

**Required

**

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js (dealbreakers).
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.

• Strong CS fundamentals and an ability to learn and adapt quickly.

**Nice To Have

**

• Experience building AI-powered product features and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
