What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud services and modern frontend applications.
• Develop backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Create intuitive user experiences using Angular within a micro-frontend environment.
• Build and extend integrations across IT systems, HCM platforms, and AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX teams to transform business requirements into software solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js.
• Strong understanding of modern web application development and SaaS architectures.
• Experience working with APIs and distributed systems.
• Must be based in Germany.
• English: Strong communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with enterprise integrations.
