What you will do

• Own and drive the technical vision and architecture of the hirify.global Pro mobile application.
• Build and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Lead initiatives to improve app performance, stability, startup time, and resource efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams to ensure consistency and quality in a shared codebase.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver impactful, user-facing features.
• Mentor engineers and define engineering standards, best practices, and tooling for mobile development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on mobile development.
• Deep expertise in React Native and TypeScript.
• Proven experience owning or leading large-scale, production mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, architecture, and debugging.
• Solid knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.
• Must be based in one of the supported countries listed in the location section.

Nice to have

• Experience developing micro interactions and animations in React Native.
• Background in building high-performance fintech or consumer applications.
• Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, etc.).
• Contributions to open-source projects or the broader engineering community.
