What you will do

• Design marketing assets including social media graphics, email templates, and sales collateral.
• Create and edit short-form and mid-form video content for social media and product overviews.
• Support the creation and maintenance of design systems to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute campaign visuals.
• Iterate on designs based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing visual or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing assets and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with video creation and editing.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with conversion-focused design (CRO).
• Skills in motion graphics or animation.
