What you will do

• Act as a technical reference for delivery teams to align deployment and versioning with engineering best practices.
• Implement and manage declarative deployment and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Helm.
• Establish Kubernetes observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Jaeger.
• Manage log centralization using EFK/ELK stacks.
• Optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure high availability and horizontal scalability.
• Perform troubleshooting of critical incidents and conduct root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of DevOps experience in complex and high-criticality environments.
• Solid experience with GitHub Actions and advanced branching strategies.
• Expertise in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in GitOps, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Deep knowledge of resilience, scalability, and high availability.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes or cloud-related certifications.
• Experience with Service Mesh and container security.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-cluster GitOps architectures.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for global team interaction.
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
