DevOps Engineer (Cloud/SRE)

What you will do

• Design and improve reliable, scalable, and secure production platforms and services.
• Build and maintain resilient infrastructure and deployment patterns with cross-functional teams.
• Support and guide engineers across the organization to promote operational best practices.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure the availability of critical services.
• Drive standardization and automation to reduce operational overhead.
• Manage the full lifecycle of platform delivery from design and build to operation and optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico or Brazil.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language and automation scripting.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or OCI) and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
• Experience managing Elasticsearch in production.
