What you will do

• Perform regular quality assurance inspections for material and vendor data.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement procedures that minimize data entry errors.
• Coordinate daily operational management of vendor master data.
• Build, update, and maintain vendor master records within procurement and ERP systems.
• Conduct regular audits and generate reports on vendor data quality and performance.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for supply chain and procurement projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing Material and Vendor Master data in a large organization.
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay systems such as SAP, Ivalua, Coupa, or Icertis.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
• Understanding of Category Management principles.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
